Important Notes & Inclusions for CME:
- Conference registration is mandatory for attending the CME.
- One Delegate can register for one CME only.
- The seats are limited in number and will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Includes Lunch, CME Kit, etc.
- Date of CME: 19.02.2027.

- Minimum of 8 delegate registrations required

- Membership number is Mandatory for the participant registering as MPAI Member
- Bank charges, if any, to be borne by the participant.
- Registration is mandatory for Abstract Submission.
- Registration is mandatory to all Invited Faculty, Chairpersons & all Committee members.
- A recommendation letter from HOD is mandatory for the participant registering under Post Graduate category
- Registration is non-transferable.
- Please mention your registration number in all transactions/communication.
- In case of Payment Transaction Failure, the delegate will be responsible and not the organizing committee.
- The decision of the Organising Committee will be considered final.
- No medical insurance or mediclaim is provided by the conference.
- For legal purposes, the jurisdiction area is Mumbai.
- The Organising Committee will not be responsible for any conference cancellation, postponement, or shift to virtual mode due to unforeseen circumstances like a COVID-19 resurgence. Any decision will be made in consultation with the National Governing Body of MPAI.

Important Notes
- Refund of gross registration fee after excluding bank transaction charges and GST.
- Time stamp of email will be considered as the official date of cancellation request.
- Refunds will be processed after 30 days of completion of the conference.
- Cancellations or changes will NOT be accepted on the phone. Cancellation of your MPAICON 2027 registration can be done by writing an e-mail to registration@mpaicon2027.com clearly stating your registration number in the subject line. The email must be sent from the registered delegate's email address only.
IMPORTANT NOTES : After completing the registration process and paying registration fee successfully, the registrant will receive an acknowledgement / confirmatory e-mail on the registered e-mail id.
